Project:
A tired commercial unit was given a fresh new look as it transitioned from retail to office space, through meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. Since the building was showing some wear and tear, it needed a careful, practical update to suit its new purpose.
Tackling multiple critical aspects of the property's revitalization, this project involved several upgrades:
Wall Restoration: Extensive wall remediation and repairs to create smooth, flawless surfaces.
Painting: Several coats of stain blocking primer to bring it back to a neutral starting point, than several more coats of high grade finish paint to modernize and refresh the interior.
Surface Preparation: Complete removal of old marketing vinyl from walls and windows
Trim Work: Extensive moulding replacement to finish off the space.
Heritage Door Refinishing: Carefully restored original doors to preserve the property's character while updating and rejuvenating its appearance.
The space was transformed from worn retail into a polished, functional office environment. Structural imperfections and dated finishes were repaired or restored, with heritage elements preserved where possible — giving the property practical readiness for its new use.
